Unhappy Makro client that is never again

Makro is useless in all honesty, I have been waiting for my order to be delivered since the 30th of June, their delivery site said my order would be ready on the first of July and till this day I’m yet to receive my order. At this point I just want to cancel the entire order and never do business with them again, this order was a late birthday gift to myself. Pure incompetence and dishonesty, why place a delivery date on a site you know you cannot make, why not have a disclaimer that advises clients that some orders would be late due to them being sourced from other companies now I’m sitting with an order number belonging to a company I know nothing about without any assistance at all.
