Unhappy first time online purchaser at Makro

Very upset with the delivery policy and customer services. I ordered and paid online on 26/8/2022 and am still waiting for delivery on 8/9/2022. This is 9 days yet their policy states 2-5 days. I have made several follow up calls to the call centre and still do not know when I will receive my goods.
