Unhappy customer with poor service

Horrible online experience ever. I just wanted to share with other people to not buy online from macro. Returned my item that stopped working out of the blue. Got a after a month of it being collected that it will be fixed. This was a Sunday afternoon. Monday morning I get a call to collect it as it can't get fixed. I debated that till they logged in a returns credit back to me. 2 months later. Now I want to get my money back they answer their calls and tell me they'll call back with no luck. ********* business with rude agents. Especially the Springfield branch in durban. Super disappointed.
