unhappy customer no communication

i bought 5 items at makro and i only got four items then makro call me and tells me to change the item as it was not available so they said its out for delivery this was the arrangement i have e-mails confirming this then makro calls me and tell me no sir we now have that in stock what you want i then say ok np send it to me then makro decides not to communicate to me and decides not to deliver my item then they decide to refund me without my knowledge which is unacceptable i want my item that i paid for this is by far the worst customer experience i have suffered its ********* to do business like this so clients does not matter to makro do as you please because you a big company unhappy about it i will never buy anything from them due to this.
