UNHAPPY CUSTOMER DUE TO *********** STAFF

It's been 2 if not 3 months me waiting on my refund from MAKRO, I've sent emails to a gentleman by the name of Europe and he seems to be ignoring me point blank. He very much aware of the matter and i am just sick and tired of things not being done right by MAKRO.

Can i please have my refund as i am tired of this!!!!!!!!!

StrubensValley branch is the worst branch i must say when it comes to customer service.
