Unhappy customer

I placed an order on the 16th of December, and the order was supposed to be delivered on the 18th of December but didn't receive my order till today. When i track my order it says "Ready to ship, Dec 17". i received whatsApp messages saying the order is packed and waiting for pickup. I called, whatsApp and emailed Makro customer service but my order is still not deliverd and they are giving me different excuses. I am going away for holidays tomorrow and no one will be home until January 2026 if Makro decide to eventually deliver my order. I am very frustrated and don't know whether I should cancel the order or not. Makro customer service is pathetic.
