Unhappy customer

I ordered a chest of drawera and tv stand. Tv stand broke on the way to me and the delivery was cancelled, fine. Now I waited for the chest of drawers, it also came with broken legs. When I asked the delivery guy why did he deliver a broken item to me he told me that they saw at the warehouse that it was broken, they told him to deliver as it is. Why though Makro? Why are you treating your customers like this? Now I wanted to do a “Return” but my account shows that I have no order history which is also strange. Iyoooo what an experience!
