Unhappy customer

I ordered goods online, only received 1 item out of 2 from an online order made 2 weeks ago, logged a complaint online and called the call center, 2 weeks later no one has called me back to give an explanation and its the Christmas weekend in a few days, what do I tell my son about his gift that was paid and has not arrived?
