Unhappy Customer

On 17 Jan 2023 i went to makro crown mine to buy few appliances helped by Dudley Ndukwane,the services was very bad i went more than 2 times at my own cost,again on the 23 Jan 2023 went back they gave me a display that has no bracets and they never explained to me,i call the manager by the name of Basil he said i must write an email and i did so and he did reply, today 08 Marc 2023 i was at store an ask sales person by the name of Prince to assist me with Lg washing machine he told me that information needs money and i must show invoice,i went to reception to call manager by the name of Basil he told me the machine is new and has manual am so heartbroken because am stuck with the machine that am unable to use please help.Hope to hear to you soon
