UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I went to Makro Crown Mines to purchase a stove and was assisted by Siyabonga, on Thursday the8th of April 2021 . I received a great service from Siyabonga and he advised me that delivery will be on Monday the 12 of April 2021. I paid for the the stove and R200 for delivery. Before I left the store, I once again confirmed with Siyabonga , regarding the delivery of my stove,as Monday will be available only on Monday,. He assured me that the stove will be delivered on Monday and prior to the delivery, I'll receive a call to confirm the delivery. On Monday, 12:07 I received a from Buhle and he said he's calling from Makro and he's calling to advise me that the truck that was suppose to deliver my stove was hijacked and they can only deliver on Tuesday, the 13 of April 2021.I then asked Buhle what time on Tuesday will they deliver the stove, as I have ask someone to come to my house to sign for the stove, as I will not be available on Tuesday. Buhle then said he will call me back the very same day(Monday 12/04/2021.) To my disappointment, Buhle didn't call me back and I had to stay off work to sign for my stove.

The time now is 13:40 ,Tuesday the 13 April 2021 and I still have not heard from Makro Crown Mines or From Buhle , who promised to call me back on Monday the 12/04/2021
