Unhappy customer

I've placed an order with Makro on the 8th of June. It is almost 3 months now and I haven't received my order. I requested a refund, but still haven't received that as well. I've phoned and e-mailed numerous times, but with no luck!!!! Very disappointed customer! Baddest service I have ever received.
