Unhappy client still awaiting on my gas bottle

Hi I bought a gas bottle on makro website on the 02 September 2023 and it was a cash payment and I received a reply back with my order number and said will be delivered on the 08 September 2023 and I was not called to say they can deliver and I phone the makro on ***and told will revert it to supply and they will send me a email and I did not received the a email and I phone on the same day back and they said it was send to supply and I will received a email and I phone again before closing and same thing and nobody is calling to say what is happening with my order not good service at all and today 09 September 2023 I have to called again to find out what is going on with my order and now I was told the supply don't have stock but I paid for bottle before the supply run of stock so you can give my bottle to some else that pay on the 07.09.2023 my bottle and that is not services at all and they don't even call to say what is going on and it make my feel what makro is steeling my money and they services is not good at all and now I must wait until they get stock. Unhappy client and I will never buy any staff from makro again.
