Card number ***3 .ref number *** its just says my service ref number is completed ,this is regarding a call that i logged in 2021 Dec the 28th now its 2022 Feb the 15th
I am still waiting for Makro to tell me what is it that i must do next , Zwelakhe Mnguni called me last week Thursday the 10th and he said he is personally handling my query ...am still waiting until now ...I emailed him on friday but nothing so far .......

Now am so angry ..I was called by a Defy agent on the 15th Feb alerting me that they will deliver my stove on the 16th …today is the 16th nothing is happening I decided to call them again only to be told that they called me and I did not answer [that's all lies I don't have a missed call from them ,am working from home and always on my phone cos am using it as a work tool ]so i was told that they will do the delivery on Friday the 18th of Feb .....I have to wait 2 days again since last year 2021
