Unhappy client

Hi, I'm so disappointed in Makro i had my LG smart TV fixed before my extended warranty expired i first opted for my TV to be replace but the manager of Makro Ottery, Cape Town contacted and said that won't happen and he promised me they will fix my TV and it would be as brand new Monday morning when i switch my TV on the screen of it bounces and even today it's still doing the same And it is not even long after they had it fix so you can understand my frustration coming on this platform expressing my unhappiness and disgust i have with Makro I'm asking today to make contact with me please in regards to my TV and whats the way forward please cause i want my TV to be fix please
