Unhappy client

I've brought a washing machine from makro] the start button is not working. Makro got bennett read to contact me 2 weeks ago. Which they informed me someone will call the following 2 days and nothing... Call them in the week they say they'll make an appointment by Friday. Friday I call again they'll call before end of business consultant is just on the phone I'm still waiting for them to contact me I've been struggling since 11 Jan. The start button on the touch screen does not work the washing machine is only 9 months old
