Unhappy Camper

Bought a trailer in BFN, drove to Cape Town, ended up with so much vibration damage on the inside due to the body coming loose from the trailer frame.

Took it in for repairs, came back with a crack in the frame and not repaired. They are still in position of my paid trailer.

Now they only want to replace the trailer with another one. I am not interested in the current make anymore and all other trailers doesn't comply to my vehicle weight restrictions.

A big brand like Makro now they can walk over consumer rights and get away with it. After only getting little assistance from the Cape Gate staff and with no other option, I decided to take a other trailer and just cut my losses with this retailer. No one from the store is calling me back even after I went in to ask them to call me.

I am supper disappoint in the way Makro treats his customers and I will go a long way to not do any business with them in the future.

All I want is to get a proper trailer I paid for and never do business with Makro again.
