Unfunctional Food Processor delivered

Am kinda disappointed with the online purchase I made. I waited for almost a week for the RH Aura food processor to arrive and when it arrived, was so excited only to be disappointed again because the appliance is faulty, it doesn’t come on. I am hosting people this weekend hence I bought that processor. I went to the store where some helpful guys tested it and confirmed that it’s not working too. I know you have processes you follow but what do I do with my event coming up? I don’t need a refund all I want an item I ordered and in working condition. And please I don’t want to hear something about repairing this one! We order stuff from Makro because it’s a not a fly by night shop but if you making returns difficult to handle, we will have to try elsewhere.
