Unfullfilled Makro online orders

I have been ****** by Makro online. I have tried to report that evrytime when buy online there is always some items missing. I have requested that this issue should be investigated. I have all communication but its been 5months nothing is happenning. People please be careful when buying from makro .. especially when buying bulk . A box written carton of 12 will actually have 5 items. Always check
