Unfulfilled Order

ORDER NUMBER : MAK***.. I placed this order online 26th July 23, up to this day , Makro has not delivered the stock .I followed up tirelessly with their useless contact Centre agents who could not assist nor give me a reason for why Makro Strubens Valley has not delivered the goods that was placed on the 26th July 23. I further called the store directly and spoke to two of their store Managers on the 10th August , Lusanda and Sunday the 13th talked to another manager who was very unfriendly Gilbert, he said he will call me back and never did. Makro and its employees has not taken any responsibility to fulfil this order, and it will only process a refund over two weeks. Their service in addressing this issue has been terrible. Wouldn't recommend.
