Unfulfilled order

Horrible company, they debit money for the online orders, once purchased and money has left your account, they scheduled a delivery yet my delivery still hasn’t come, yet when I call both customer service number I’m on hold for over 5 minutes waiting to be transferred to an available agent to the point where my airtime runs out, I have load some just to go through the same thing (No agent comes to the line) this is absolutely bull****. They company should be sued!
