Unfriendly till operators
Had terrible service at Makro Centurion yesterday, 3 November 2020. The lady that was to assist me at the till was busy chatting when I got the till. And from then onwards it was downhill. I just found her to be rude, and not caring for her job or customer services. I did complain to your supervisors at the shop, I hope they took it seriously. I do believe that I have dealt with this young lady before and found her to be rude and unprofessional. It is unfortunate that most often the ladies at the till at Makro Centurion are just unfriendly.
