Unfairly treated by Makro online

I’m terribly disappointed with Makro online, I bought a 4plate self standing stove a month ago, logged a return (3weeks ago) to exchange for a 3plate instead… till this day the return has not been processed and I’m stuck with a stove I’ve never used and unable to use.
