Unfairly reported to Credit Buteau

In December we purchased an Aircon online After 3 weeks the order was still at statusnof "packed". We proceeded to cancel this order, since we decided to rather purchase this product at Takealot. Since the order was done using our Makro Credit card, the purchase was already added to the account. We have been trying to cancel this order and transaction for the past 3 months. Please note...WE DID NOT RECEIVE THE PRODUCT!!!! And with that said the RCS group reported us to the credit bureau for non payment!! We are put through from one consultant to the next. Makro Online is ***********. I will never ever ever buy anything from Makro again!
