Unfair treatment of the business and Poor customer care and service

Yho I don’t even know we’re to start I bought a washing machine and a fridge from makro which cost me a lot I I literally use my last money to purchase this after purchasing them 8months was long both my fridge and washing machine stopped working like in the same month

I went to makro to go complain and tell them about the situation mind you these two items were still under warranty ,did they not tell me to figure my self out the customer service was terrible and like I’m actually so disappointed bcs these were still under warranty and the appliances broke to early … I would recommend any one and I mean anyone to buy from these people or maybe it’s because I’m a women I don’t understand but for safety and protection buy your appliances from the shop originally not no makro and etc
