Unfair treatment by Makro and Game
After Makro failed to address my concerns in a previous matter they chose to block my e-mail address and mobile number. None of my e-mails or WhatsApp messages are being delivered to Makro or Game as a result.
I'm trying to make purchases from these stores and they have chosen to treat me unfairly.

After Makro failed to address my concerns in a previous matter they chose to block my e-mail address and mobile number. None of my e-mails or WhatsApp messages are being delivered to Makro or Game as a result.
I'm trying to make purchases from these stores and they have chosen to treat me unfairly.
Can you treat me fairly like you do other customers and unblock my e-mail address and telephone number so that I send e-mails and WhatsApp messages to Game and Makro?

In any event the contact number under query is *** (my WhatsApp message from this number has still not been rep**** to) and e-mail address is *** (e-mails to Makro & Game from this e-mail address come back undelivered with a message that e-mail address has been blocked)!
