unfair treatment and lack of TCF

I have since log a complaint for over a month on this platform which Makro rep**** saying they will look into the mater and resolve as soon as possible. The matter is still not resolved all they do is send emails apologizing with no action taken. The defy fridge which I have bought from Makro online still has the same issues after the technician has come to my house to get it fixed four times already. The technician is even using cable ties to try and fix the issues which I find unacceptable and unprofessional. I have asked on my first review that you come and collect your fridge as you were able to deliver it when I bought the fridge with my hard earned money. I am pleading with Makro Struben Valley come and take your fridge away as it is clear that you are unable to fix it and pay back my money i will look for alternatives.
