Unfair treatment
I have been digging a feedback from Mr David Mabena who advised that I should write a response on a report that was submitted by Makro, which was denying my alligations, the case number is ***. My response was submitted to Mr Mabena on 15 August 2023 and he promised that he will forward my response to the Makro Legal department and will give me a feed back very soon.
Until today I have never been issued with a feedback. Every time when I call, I would be informed that Mr Mabena is not available and he will be notified about my call, I phoned more than five time. I even sent him an email on 25 August 2023, where I have expressed my disappointment on how my matter is being handled, he never responded to it at all.
I must state that it is so disappointing to find out that this is how Makro buyers are treated when they are dissatisfied about the products from Makro. Such a big shop "Makro", why is it so disorganized on handling important matters like mine or is my matter one of those less important matters?
I would like to know what were those contradicting outcomes between my version of the inspection and the assessment report?
You must also take into consideration that the assessment report from Makro in Pietermaritzburg was not prepared by a technician who phisically inspected, tested and satisfied himself about the device in question.
And until now you didn't revert to me with the outcome from the legal department as you promised to do so.
I also wish that you can put your self in my shoes and tell me how would feel, as I can see that my matter is less important and not given the attention that it deserve.
