Unfair representation in the workplace

Recently visited the Brakpan branch of Makro. I experienced that at the till points at the TV and HiTec areas the, shop workers are gathering and just chatting their day through (Culture behaviour). I could not see a fair employment/representation of different ethnic groups of people employed by Makro. The impression I got that Makro and affiliated shops (Game) to the Makro group are discriminating being not fair employing. Only certain people are given opportunity through the political mechanisms of the present government.
