UNFAIR ITC LISTING, PEOPLE NOT DOING THEIR JOB, LOSS OF INCOME.

I paid for 4 months but all payments are not posted on the account. I do not even receive updated statements for the amounts I paid. I keep on calling them it's up and down from one person to another with no response. I am now listed on itc from RCS due to their incompancy.. They see the payments but don't allocate any payments. I am aware of the of arrears but they can see my payments but do not allocate it. I need my name cleared immediately. I stopped paying as they did not allocate the previous 5 payments to my accounts and I never received any account from them. I am willing to pay the arrears up to date. I stopped paying as they do not allocate any payments, I sus the correct reference numbers. I sent several proofs of payments where they confirmed that they could see the payments but don't allocate it to my account. THIS IS THE POOREST SERVICE I EVER GOT from a store. IT TOOK ME DAYS TO GET SOME ATTENTION FROM A PERSON WHO WAS ABLE TO ASSIST ME. MAYBE I MUST PROCEED TO PUT IN A CLAIM OF LOSS OF INCOME AGAINST MAKRO FOR THE HOURS I PUT IN TO SORT THEIR PROBLEM OUT AS I DOING SWIMMING COACHING.
