Unfair handling of online order deliveries

I made an order online mak***, I called them to tell them when can they deliver. I made that call early early when contact centre opened, they said fine they will let courier know. Yesterday the courier calls me they’re on their way I tell them there is no One at home and that I called online order to let them know. This morning I get a call from makro *** they confirm someone is cominh today, I organise someone to be home till now no Order has come, when I call the online call centre they have the audacity to tell me that l is assigned when I ask to somone senior my call is mute.

I need my freezer home asap ai cannot keep asking people to be at my home for nothinh worst when the no one notified the courier that no one will be home. The failed attempt shouldn’t have happened and now I am being inconvenienced…
