Unfair business practice complaint FINALLY RESOLVED.

I had earlier on written a review about the unfair business practice about Makro Alberton: I sent my LG 3D smart TV (out of warranty) for repairs on the 11June 2020. Thereafter I never received a qoute as promised. I enquired from the store, and was given LG repair center contact numbers. The repair center then gave me the qoute over the phone. I outright rejected the qoute and demanded my TV to be returned . I was then told that the TV would only be returned after I paid the rejection fee. I had already paid that on the day I submitted my TV. After being sent from pillar to post the wrong TV was finally delivered to my place. I verified the details of that TV against the documents I had and these were the findings : * The serial numbers were not the same. * The remote control was not comparable. * The TV presented a totally different problem than what I knew. I refused to take the TV and they took it back. After I had written to Hellopeter it was then that I received the much awaited and overdue response from the store management. I demanded the job card with the qoute that I never received. On receipt of the same there was another shocking revelation: The report indicated that 'my' TV had a damaged screen. Makro does not accept TVs with physical damaged screens for repairs. My TV was accepted because it was not damaged. My problem was finally resolved after I had written to Hellopeter. I was given a full original prize amount of the TV. I don't wish anyone to go through the traumatic stress I went through Thanks to Hellopeter platform.
