UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICE.

On the 11/06/2020 I booked in my LG 47" 3D smart full HD LED TV for repairs. I was requested to pay the quote rejection fee of R 300.00 since the TV was out of warranty. The last time I heard from them was an sms that acknowledged the receipt of the item. After some weeks I did the follow up regarding the progress. I was told to contact LG repair service Centre directly. I did that out of desperation though it it was not my obligation. The LG repair service Centre only then told me the quote over the phone, sometimes they were supposed to send to me by an sms. I rejected the qoute and requested them to return my TV. They said I will have to pay the rejection fee which I had already paid. They finally returned a wrong TV which I refused to accept. I am struggling to get my TV. I have been trying to get my TV to to avail to date. Please help.
