Unfair and Unprofessional

It has been a month since I bought a faulty oven & hob at makro. The product is not working and their third party supplier is not being helpful at all. I have exhausted all the avenues and I should be enjoying a new product but I am rather frustrated by Makro and their third party supplier. I have no choice but to take this up with the National Consumer Commission to deal with because I just can't anymore. A Thapelo from Makro was suppose to have called me but I think I am rather not important because they got the money. Never again.....
