Unfair and uncontrollable service
On Saturday 14th @ 13:45 my wife and me stood in a queue outside to exchange old electric devices with over 100 other customers. People were cutting the queen and the security let it go. There was a cut off in the queue by management at 14:00 yet at 17:00 over 50 people were told to leave the premises. This after makro staff in uniform were allowed to go to the front of the que to exchange their items. How unfair is this practice. I took a photo of a manager from the back walk to the front... it was just so poor that the customer had to wait 3 hours in a que and staff members including a manager just jumped the queen and security did nothing
