Undelivered, unreliable, uncommunicative, ****mers
I ordered a laptop 22 November 2024, with delivery promised for 29 November 2024. Nearly one month later and order has not yet arrived. Multiple calls and emails and even a visit to the store yielded multiple promises from makro, but every promise was broken. They have my money and I have nothing. Sad
