Undelivered order

I ordered a gas heater on the 24th of June and to date I haven't received it. What annoys me the most is the part where I have to buy airtime each and every day to do follow up. Due to the long wait I asked them to cancel my order since Thursday but they haven't done that till now. Instead I am being sent from pillar to post by their agents and they also made me empty promises while I use my own airtime to call. I am so angry right now I don't even have words to describe how deep my anger goes.
