Undelivered order

I placed an order on marko 3 weeks ago, it happened that i wrote an incorrect number, so i called multiple times for the whole 2 weeks trying to fix the number so the courier guy can be able to reach me, even today they never fixed it and the courier guy cannot reach me hence I'm still waiting for my order till today, i also request for s refund but they still failed
