Undelivered Order and Poor customer service

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my recent order.

My order was supposed to be delivered last week Friday, and to this day, I have not received it. What is even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication and accountability from your side. I have made numerous attempts to contact the store, only to be met with no response from the relevant department. It is unacceptable that I have to chase after answers as a paying customer.

I specifically needed this order for a family gathering, and due to your failure to deliver on time, I was left in a very difficult and disappointing situation. Despite reaching out multiple times, I have received no clear updates, no resolution, and no sense that this matter is being taken seriously.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has tested my patience. The lack of proper customer care and follow-through is unacceptable. At this point, I have lost confidence in your service, and I am seriously reconsidering ever ordering from Makro again.
