Undelivered order

I ordered an Item and they confirmed that it was delivered and it was not. The courier company said they were investigating and When I followed up directly with the courier and advised that I would be lodging a complaint, I was casually told that I am welcome to do so which clearly reflects the poor standard of service associated with this entire experience.
