Undelivered online purchase
I did an online purchase, I received an email stating that the item was delivered. However I never received the item despite being at home at the time. I've send communication via email, to date no update. I've called the call centre and they are not able to provide me with an update as well. Ref ***. Order MAK***

27 Jun 2023, 12:04The item that was paid for has still not been delivered, neither has anyone from Makro contacted be regarding the issue. I've called your call centre and noone able to give me an answer. This is really unacceptable and ridiculous
