Undelivered online order

Very bad service i recieved,i placed an order online on the 9 july, which was expected to arrive on the 16th,till date its stil saying in transit,when i call the online call center the order has not been picked up from the supplier,one lady said the the supplier is out of stock but the very same supplier says Makro drivers are refusing to fetch the order,what a pathetic service my order is OD***
