Undelivered Items 😔

I ordered online and received my order with some items missing. I reported it via email and watsapp and all the agents promised to get back to me. It's been a week and still no one has contacted me and given me feedback. They all say the query has been reported to the relevant department. The items are for my Snack business and know my deliveries have also been delayed.
