#MAK***. I place this order on the 16th June and on the website the item was on stock. After a week they called me and informed that the item is out of stock. Because I waited I while. I told them i will wait. On the 26 i got an email confirmation that my order is packed and ready for delivery. Still today i have not received the white sugar that i have ordered. I need those sugar as a matter of agency. I dont need Cancellation of order and need the sugar to be delivered.

04 Jul 2023, 06:41What I wanted was sugars but what I got it's an email informing me of the refund. Now I have to do the whole process again and wait. I am also running a business. And they has been a delay in delivery that is affecting my business very badly. I am so disappointed with Makro. I guess they just did the refund without first calling the customer and finding out her needs. Makro is not for us start ups businesses. Cause now I have to wait for the refund to order the sugars again. 😔😔😔 I am actually sad
