Undelivered items

I would like to complain about the service in Makro Stores in Riversands....I bought a Fridge and a washing machine they said they will deliver the next day we waited and waited no delivery was made I went back to the store to enquire about the matter apparently their driver took back the items to the store because there was no street name even though we indicated a land mark now my issue is if the driver didn't find the Stree address why didn't he call me and ask for the street address or directions because I left my phone number instead of returning the items back at the store without even notifying me....no me and my partner we are forced to skip work on monday and wait for our items to be delivered since we need to use them ....I feel the customer service is very poor because there's no communication 😕
