Undelivered Item

This is by far the most pathetic service I have ever received. I have placed an order on the 14th of December 2024, according to their estimated delivery date which was supposed to be on the 28th of December 2024. Today, one month later and still haven't received my item. After several follow-up e-mail and calls no one made an effort to assist me in this matter. All they are good in is making empty promises. This is by far the worst experience.
