UNDELIVERED GOODS OUTSIDE TURN AROUND TIME

I would like to express my disappointment with the service i have received from the online services. I had an order that was spilt in to 2 deliveries on the 13 of June. i think people at makro that are dealing with the customer service are realy doing a bad jOB. As a consumer i will not wake up 1 morning and decide to place an electrical appliance that i do not need and then being ignored when i ask about it. I have sent numerous emails to the customercare line and even called but no 1 is getting back to me or informing me why is it taking so long for my delivery. My Order number is MAK***
