Undelivered goods bought online

Undelivered goods bought online. 23rd of August i made an order on line i was promised it will be delivered in 2 days. I have been calling their customer service since Friday 25-Aug till this morning. They dont return callsNo one seems to know anything. I just want my money back because they waisted my time. Today is the 8th day, I'm not even sure if its a **** or what. Ref ML ***A1
