n 30 December 2019, I bought Jokey French Cut (R279.99) from Makro Edenvale. When I arrived home late in the afternoon, I realized the I took the incorrect size. I immediately put it one side to return the following day, not even opening the pack. When arriving at Makro, the ladies refused to return . After I showed out that the pack was never opened, they still refuse to accept the pack. I am now sitting with a pack of French Cut that I cannot use, due to it being to small for me. I also wasted R279.99 that I will never be able to get back, literally throwing money into the water. I have been buying from Makro for years, so my parents as well. My dad use to work for them at a stage and this is the service that we get, not only me, most of the customer.
