Unbelievable waste of time

On Saturday morning my wife and I went to purchase a washing machine and oven. The website indicated that our nearest store, Woodmead was out of stock of the washing machine that we wanted, so we drove half an hour to the next nearest one at Crown Mines. When we got there, we had to wait almost an hour while the salesman tried to find the washing machine, only to be told that despite what the website indicated, there weren't any there either. We did however buy the oven, and book installation for \first thing"on Monday morning (i.e. today). On Sunday morning I logged onto the website again and checked which other stores had stock. Like a complete fool"
