Unbelievable!!!

I have order 3 items. I received two, earlier today I received a sms that the 3rd order has been cancelled. I am deeply disappointed by that news. I feel like Makro catch their customers with false adverti*****ts and promises. That mirrors was on a massive discount and now all of a sudden after I have placed my order, WEEKS after I’ve placed the order FULLY PAID this is the news I receive. I want to know what MAKRO CAN DO TO BETTER MY CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!! I am not a first time purchasing customer therefore I am deeply disappointed. Without a reason, without an explanation just an sms saying I will be refunded. I DO NOT what to be refunded. I want my mirror as soon as possible.
